Patron Call

Dear prospective Patrons, 

It is our pleasure to introduce you to EUSIPCO’23, to be held in Helsinki, Finland, between September 4th and September 8th, 2023. 

EUSIPCO is the flagship conference of the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP) and Helsinki will host its 31st edition. Helsinki is the vivid capitol city of Finland. Helsinki is well-known of its sea-facing landscape, diverse architecture, world-famous design, and Nordic cuisine (see video on homepage). Likewise, EUSIPCO’23 technical program will include keynotes by distinguished speakers, tutorials and special sessions, and cutting-edge research presentations on topics that drive the science and engineering of signal processing today. 

EUSIPCO’s Patrons are offered special packages and exhibition opportunities tailored to diverse types of organizations, ranging from publishing houses to small businesses and industrial giants. These packages enable Patrons to access a large community of professionals, and to support the advancement of knowledge in signal processing and machine learning. 

A Patron’s support is acknowledged on the conference website, in the program guide, social media and flyers distributed to attendees, as well as through special recognition during the conference opening and closing ceremonies. All Patrons’ packages offer complementary registration and a range of publicity opportunities. The packages, tailored to organizations of different sizes, are flexible and can be customized to individual needs, requirements and budgets. A Patron organization can also support a specific social event. 

A suite of pre-designed packages includes the Silver Patron (5K €), the Golden Patron (10K €), the Platinum Patron (15K €) and the Diamond Patron (20 K€). Patrons who wish to donate more than these amounts are welcome to use their own Patron signature. Details of the standard packages are given below.

Silver Patron (5K €): 

• Medium-size logo displayed on the conference banner and website (including a hyperlink) 
• Prominent acknowledgement, logo and half-page advertisement in the conference program guide. Advertising totem / roll-up banners at the conference venue. 
• Two complimentary delegate registrations for the conference • One exhibition space including one draped table, two chairs, and electricity in the exhibition area.
• Prominent acknowledgement as Silver Patron during the opening and closing addresses. 

Gold Patron (10K €): 

• Large-size logo displayed on the conference banner and website (including a hyperlink). 
• Prominent acknowledgement, logo and full-page advertisement in the conference program guide. Advertising totem / roll-up banners at the conference venue. 
• Two complimentary delegate registrations for the conference, including two banquet tickets. 
• One exhibition space including one draped table, two chairs, and electricity in the exhibition area. 
• Insert of a flyer, up to 4 pages, of Patron’s promotional brochure in the material given to attendees (Patron to supply material approved by the organizing committee). 
• Prominent acknowledgement as Gold Patron during the opening and closing addresses. 

Platinum Patron (15K €): 

• Large-size logo displayed on the conference banner and website (including a hyperlink). 
• Prominent acknowledgement, logo and full-page advertisement in the conference program guide. Advertising totem / roll-up banners in conference venue. 
• Three complimentary delegate registrations for the conference, including three banquet tickets. 
• One exhibition space including one draped table, two chairs, and electricity in the exhibition area. 
• Insert of a flyer, up to 8 pages, of Patron’s promotional brochure in the material given to attendees. (Patron to supply material approved by the organizing committee). 
• Prominent acknowledgement as Platinum Patron during the opening and closing addresses, welcome reception and banquet gala. 

Diamond Patron (20K €): 

• Large-size logo displayed on the conference banner and website (including a hyperlink). 
• Prominent acknowledgement, logo and full-page advertisement in the conference program guide. Advertising totem / roll-up banners in conference venue. 
• Four complimentary delegate registrations for the conference, including four banquet tickets. 
• One exhibition space including one draped table, two chairs, and electricity in the exhibition area. 
• Insert of a flyer, up to 15 pages, of Patron’s promotional brochure in the material given to attendees. (Patron to supply material approved by the organizing committee). 
• Prominent acknowledgement as Platinum Patron during the opening and closing addresses, welcome reception and banquet gala.
