All attendees must register and receive a conference badge in order to participate in conference activities. Please carefully read the information below and contact if you have any questions about registration. 

Registration for EUSIPCO 2023 includes membership of the European Association for Signal Processing (EURASIP). A EURASIP membership account is therefore required to proceed with registration. EURASIP members who have already paid their membership dues for 2023 or have renewed their membership by registering for a 2023 EURASIP Seasonal School, will receive a discount of 50 EUR (or 30 EUR for student members) on the EUSIPCO 2023 registration fee. 

By clicking on the "Registration" button below, you will be redirected to the EURASIP website in order to check the status of your membership. In accordance with Article 25 of the GDPR legislation, the only personal data exchanged between EUSIPCO 2023 and EURASIP are those needed to determine the registration discount related to EURASIP membership. Through the EURASIP membership portal, EURASIP members can at any time consult, modify, and remove their personal data.

Registration Fees and Payment Deadlines 

The registration fee is based on the date of registration and payment. If you want to benefit from the lower fee, please, register early and pay by the deadline. 

At least one author per paper must register. Full registration is required for paper registration. NB! also students registering a paper, will register with full participation fee. One full registration can cover up to three (3) papers on which the person who is registered is an Author or co-Author. 

NB: this is NOT a hybrid conference. All papers should be presented live (in-person) at EUSIPCO-2023. Virtual presentations will not be permitted unless there are specific restrictions, and this was approved by the organizing committee.

Registration fees are VAT 0%, no VAT will be added. 

*Proof of student status must be shown at the registration desk. 

Please note that costs for travel and insurances are not included in the registration fees. 

Registration fee includes: 

  • Helsinki City Reception on Monday, September 4 
  • Access to scientific sessions and plenary speeches 
  • Coffee breaks and lunches (Tue-Fri, according to programme) 
  • Access to electronic proceedings and virtual conference platform (including the pre-recorded video presentations). 

Accompanying person fee of 110 EUR (incl. VAT 24%) 
The accompanying person fee includes: 

  • Helsinki City Reception on Monday, September 4 
  • Banquet Dinner on Wednesday, September 6 

Conference Banquet Dinner 

You may purchase at the time of registration a Banquet Dinner ticket for the fee of EUR 50 /person for registered conference participants. Conference Banquet on Wednesday, September 6, advance registration required. 

Tutorial fees 

Tutorials can be attended by participants registering either in full registration or in student registration, by paying the corresponding fee of 25 EUR per tutorial. Tutorial fee includes a half-time coffee break. 

  • One Tutorial 25 EUR  
  • Two Tutorials 50 EUR 

When registering to the tutorial(s), you will be requested to indicate which tutorial(s) you are planning to attend in the morning and/or afternoon.

Invitation letter for visa: 

If you need an invitation letter for visa applications, contact Note that invitation letters will only be extended upon request and only after full registration and fees payment. A signed invitation letter will be emailed to the requesting party at no additional cost. 

Payment and confirmation 

Full payment of the registration fee is to be made prior to the conference in euros (EUR). When registering online, you will receive instant confirmation of successful registration to your email. Please note that invoicing will end two weeks prior to the event. 

Payment options 

At the end of the registration form, you will be given two alternatives for payment: 

  1. Credit card: Visa and MasterCard are accepted. 
  2. Pdf-Invoice. You will receive an invoice to your e-mail, and you can print it out for your files. This will have your reference number and the bank details for payment. Invoice payment to be made by bank transfer. 


  • All payments should be made free of banking charges 
  • Bank drafts as well as personal, traveller’s or company cheques cannot be accepted 

Cancellation and refund policy 

All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. For other kinds of registrations, the following rules apply. 

Before July 05, 2023, a processing fee of 50 EUR will be charged; no refund will be made after July 5, 2023. All registration fees covering a paper are non-refundable. 

The registration can be transferred to co-author / another person from the same organization free of charge. 

An unpaid registration is NOT a cancellation and cancellation fees will also apply to any unpaid registrations. Please note that no-show does not constitute cancellation. In case of no-show, the registration fee will not be refunded. Please note also, that the fees are payable even if you cannot make the conference.
