Presentation Guidelines


All accepted papers should be presented by one of the authors. The Technical Program and virtual platform provide information about the mode of presentation, oral or poster. Presentations should be prepared according to the following guidelines. 


Each presentation time slot is 20 minutes including the questions/answers’part. Each presentation has its own time slot which cannot be changed or shifted. The speakers are expected to make the best use of the slot and leave sufficient time, 3–4 minutes, for question and answers. Session chairs will enforce the schedule. 

All oral presentation rooms will be equipped with laptop computers and the presentations must be prepared in either Microsoft PowerPoint or PDF format. The presenters should arrive no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and check-in with the Session Chair before the session starts. They should also deliver their presentation slides no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session. 

EUSIPCO 2023 is in-person event and virtual presentation has been granted for only few authors for a justified and documented reasons. A link will be provided for virtual presentations and available within the virtual platform. The presenters should be online no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled start time of the session and check-in with the Session Chair. 


Posters must be prepared for presentation on boards measuring 98 cm wide x 128 cm high (vertical orientation only). Authors should check-in with the Session Chairs prior to the session start and remain with their posters throughout the presentation. 


Session chairs are asked to locate their room at their earliest convenience and to arrive no later than 15 minutes prior to the beginning of their session. The session chair sheets are virtual and located inside of the virtual platform. You can access them by going to your profile, clicking on the session title, entering the session, and clicking the “Session Chair Form”. This can be completed on a phone or personal computer. The chairs should also manage the time of presentations according to the schedule of the program.
